What is Click4Charge?

Click4Charge's mission is to simplify electric vehicle recharge. We offer a mobile service station for electric cars, buses and construction equipment. Thanks to the technology embedded in our trucks, we can recharge your vehicle quickly, directly at the location of your choice. Currently, the Unlimited Offer for private customers makes the service available within a radius of around 10 km of Luxembourg City (see details on our Unlimited Offer page).

How does it work?

Our electric vehicles are equipped with high-capacity batteries and special technology, enabling them to recharge other vehicles. Once you have subscribed to our service, you can create a recharge request via our application, indicating the desired time and place. A Click4Charge team member arrives at the scheduled time, proceeds to recharge your car, and notifies you as soon as the charge is complete. It's simple and convenient!

Joining our Unlimited offer for private customers is very easy.

• Receive confirmation: We'll check feasibility (compatibility with your vehicle, seat availability, etc.).
• Finalize your registration: Once validated, you're all set!

All you have to do is install our application and start creating your recharge requests. It's quick and easy!

How do I subscribe to a Business offer?

Which vehicles are compatible?

How many kilometers does a recharge last?

It's difficult to give a precise answer to this question, as it depends on a number of factors, including your vehicle's average power consumption and charging conditions (e.g. battery temperature, weather).

In practice, we charge your vehicle for 40 minutes or up to 30 kWh, whichever comes first. This represents an average range gain of 200 km per recharge. With two or three recharges a week, this range is generally sufficient to cover your usual needs.

Public holidays

Several cars

A Click4Charge subscription is associated with a single vehicle. If you change your car, we update your subscription to replace your old vehicle.

To recharge several vehicles on a regular basis, you can take out several separate subscriptions.

More than one person

Each subscription is for one person only.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Nothing could be simpler! To cancel your Click4Charge subscription, simply inform us officially of your decision at least 30 days before the next due date. Billing will stop automatically at the end of the current period.

• Example for a monthly subscription: If you notify us on February 20, your billing and access to the service will end on March 31.
• Example for an annual subscription: For a due date of November 23, 2025, you must inform us before October 22, 2025. In this case, no debit will be made for the following year, and your subscription will end on November 23, 2025.

Reselling the service as an intermediary
